How do our door-to-door repairs work?

  1. Make a request by filling out the repair request form.
  2. Pack the scooter in the original box. If you do not have the original box use a replacement. Take care of the proper protection of the scooter.
  3. The courier will pick up the scooter and deliver it to our service center.
  4. After the repair, we will settle the shipping costs and a working scooter will return to you.

    Terms and conditions of D2D service:
    1. Remember that the scooter must be well packed in the original box or any rectangular box.
    2. Clean the scooter before packing. Service may add an additional cleaning fee.
    3. Remember that the warranty does not cover consumable parts such as inner tubes, tires, pads, bearings except for a defect revealed up to 300km of mileage.
    4. Soon after your request has been registered, we will let you know when you can expect courier.
    5. If the repair is not accepted under the warranty, the shipping costs are paid by the applicant.
    6. The repair will be carried out within no more than 28 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
    7. The service is not responsible for defects during shipment caused by improper packing.
