Your ordered products are shipped via DPD/UPS/GLS courier service. We ship only within the European Union.

DPD courier – prepayment
The cost of shipping is given including the insurance cost – parcels are insured each time for the value of the order. In case of damage to the packing tape, the integrity of the products received should be checked in the presence of the courier. If you find any defects, you should write a protocol (it is the only basis for accepting a complaint about the incompleteness of the item). Shipments usually reach the destination within 5-7 working days after being sent out. In case of temporary shortage of goods in the warehouse, you will be informed of this fact and the associated possible extension of the delivery time. Shipping to Poland for orders over €120 is free.
